Bradley D. Billhimer graduated from Toms River High School South after serving four consecutive years as Class President. Mr. Billhimer continued his education at Ocean County College earning an Associate's Degree in General Education. Mr. Billhimer earned Dean's List Honors from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in Pomona, New Jersey graduating with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. Mr. Billhimer served as Scheduling Intern in Washington DC for United States Senator Frank Lautenberg. Mr. Billhimer continued his academic studies at the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. At Widener, Mr. Billhimer served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, campus liaison for the American Bar Association-Law School Division and as the Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. At Widener, Mr. Billhimer received the Certificate of Achievement in Family Law. At Widener, Mr. Billhimer was also the recipient of the Dean Arthur A. Weeks Outstanding Service Award in 2000. Mr. Billhimer earned his Juris Doctorate in 2000.
Thereafter, Mr. Billhimer served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Ocean County for the Honorable Barbara Ann Villano, J.S.C. (Retired). After his clerkship, he worked as an associate with the Law Offices of S. Karl Mohel and as a partner in the Law Offices of Mohel & Billhimer, in Toms River, New Jersey from September 2001 to February 2010. Mr. Billhimer's practice focused in the area of criminal defense litigation and DWI defense. In February of 2010, Mr. Billhimer opened his own law firm, Law Offices of Bradley D. Billhimer, LLC. Mr. Billhimer continues to focus on criminal defense litigation as well as defending DWI's and motor vehicle violations.
Mr. Billhimer is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
